All shipments are processed and handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or unforeseen logistical issues. Tracking information is provided for all eligible shipments.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete recipient information. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges or redelivery fees.

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the item, subject to our maximum insurance coverage. Claims for damaged or lost packages must be filed within seven (7) days of the expected delivery date.

Prohibited items, including hazardous materials, perishables, and illegal goods, are not accepted for shipment. Please refer to our complete list of restricted items before booking a service.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect data (names, addresses, contact numbers) solely for the purpose of processing, tracking, and delivering your shipments, as well as for billing and service notifications.

We may share necessary shipping details with third-party logistics partners (e.g., customs agencies, last-mile carriers) strictly for the completion of the delivery service. We do not sell or rent your personal data for marketing purposes.

All collected data is secured using encryption and established industry protocols. You maintain the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data, subject to legal requirements for record-keeping.

By using our logistics and courier services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

The client is solely responsible for the accurate description and lawful contents of all packages. We reserve the right to inspect any shipment and refuse service for packages deemed unsafe, illegal, or non-compliant with our policies.

Payment for services must be completed in full before shipment dispatch, unless a separate credit agreement is in place. Failure to pay may result in a lien on the shipment or its return to the sender at the customer's expense.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
